Pre-WWI Era German Cruiser Emden Patriotic Hat. Cut in a flat cap style. Black wool body. Around the hat is a silk woven ribbon with anchors and flags with KREUZER EMDEN embroidered into it. Small size, maybe for a child or girlfriend. Has been worn but still in great shape.
