A unique find from a WWI bring back grouping. A French model 1916 Lemon grenade. The body has been cracked into two pieces that fit together nicely. There is some surface rust, but is otherwise in solid shape.  Not sure if this was a dud that was brought back from the trenches or what the story is behind it. It’s a very unique piece of ordinance that is hard to find in any condition.
