WWI 3rd LIberty Loan Presentation Plaque. Wooden body, about eight and a half inches tall. Has two metal stars at the top. In the center is a brass plaque with  THIRD LIBERTY LOAN FOR TIME AND SERVICES PATRIOTICALLY  GIVEN TO THE GREAT CAUSE OF FREEDOM BY JESSE NEWTON CAPTAIN OCEANSIDE DISTRICT SAN DIEGO COUNTY CALIFORNIA SUBSCRIBED 360% APRIL 6 - MAY 4  1918.  Shows some minor surface crude, from being polished, but overall great shape.
