101st Field Artillery Trench Art Shell

Incredible WWI 101st Field Artillery Trench Art Shell. On one side is engraved HQ CO 101 FA FRANCE AEF CHEMIN DES DAMES APPRAMONT SCHIESPREY TOUL 2ND BATTLE OF MARNE CHATEUA-THIERRY MONTSEC VERDUN METZ. On the other side is a mini YD patch with the unit emblem of the 101st FA below and then a large scene with the three ladies of Liberty throwing down their shields over their slain enemies. This is one of the nicest pieces of trench art we have handled in a long time. Has a couple fo small dents but nothing drastic.
