Pre-WWI 1909 War Manuevers Massachusetts Leather Watch Fob. Thin leather strap that when folded measures five and a quarter inches. Suspended at bottom is a metal square with  WAR MANUEVERS MASSACHUSETTS  AUG. 14-21  1909. Great shape but does show minor use.
