Has draw tabs on waist. The only marking inside is a blak stamped 1. Look like maybe these were worn once and never laundered. About a size 24 x 26. Have owned maybe six pair of the second pattern in khaki color, this is the first OD pair we have ever owned or been offered. Tough piece to find.
