Vietnam era US Air Force 12th Fighter Squadron Fatigue Shirt. Standard issue OG-107 shirt. On the right chest is a Japanese made, 12th Fighter Squadron pocket patch.  Has Captain rank on collar. Has been used but still in good shape. Top button is missing. Small size. The shirt is named to Captain Rezk M. Mohamed who flew F-105's in Vietnam.
