Vietnam Era Tiger Stripe Coarse Pattern Trousers. This is that coarse cotton pattern. Not sure what the hip/ cool kids call it but I always called it late war coarse. Has six pockets. Two slash type and four patch pockets. Button fly. Roughly 29 x 29. Have been worn but still in great shape.
