South Vietnamese Ranger / BDQ Pattern Camo Assault Vest. Appears to have been made out of a Helo. mesh assault vest. Then they removed all the pockets and tailored more exterior and interior pockets made out of the heavyweight Ranger pattern camo material. In the front is a heavy brass YKK zipper. I have seen photos, someplace, or some late war 81st SF guys wearing vest similar to this in about 72 or 73. Has been worn but still in great shape.
