Below on the main body is an applied Japanese made enameled di to looks like a USAID emblem with VIET-MY HOP-TAC. On the backsdie lid is engraved  VIET-MY  HOP-TAC  KIEN TAO  NHUNG  XA-LO  THAN-HUU. Below that is engraved a map of South Vietnam. Japanese made by Penguin. Has been used. Lid is a little loose. Needs a new flint. Still in half of it's original box.
