ARVN / South Vietnamese Army Identified NCO Nine Place Ribbon Bar. Ribbons are hand embroidered and covered in plastic. The metal attachments are pinned through the plastic. All are sewn to a leather-like backing. Vietnamese made. On the back is the tailor's tag with the Sergeant's name written in it. This has a 49-52 campaign bar on it. He saw a lot of action. Clutch back.
