Early Vietnam Era US Marine Corps Custom Made Camo Sniper Cap. Japanese tailor made, Mitchell pattern camo cap. Cut in a eight point style. Made out of shelter half material.  Hand stitched inside the crown is camo mosquito net material like used on the lightweight helmet cover. If I wouldn't have been standing at the sale when the footlocker was opened, I would never had thought it was sniper related. But I grabbed the uniforms while the others at the sale grabben the "hardware" and personal items. Has been well used. Small size.
