ARVN / South Vietnamese Army Velvet Ridgeway Cap. Cut similiar to a US ridgeway cap except the body is a thin velvet like covering.The interior of the hat is a thin plastic with floral designs printed into it. Has a white leatherette sweatband. Very small ARVN size. Has been lightly worn. Have never had another velvet like cap before.
