Vietnam Era 1st Marine Air Wing Japanese Made Wool Ball Cap. Multi-piece construction. Directly embroidered in the front is  1ST MARINE AIR WING with the likeness of the patch. On the backside is a 1st Lt rank. Has been worn but still in great shape. Has a small paper size 56 tag inside sweatband.
