1945-1949 Nationalists Chinese / KMT Air Force 5th Training Class Special Pilots Wing. About two and a half inches wide. Gold colored wings with killer feathered details. The center section is an enameled applied sun. Has a very short pin assembly, about an inch wide. There are raised Chinese characters that roughly translate to  5TH TRAINING CLASS SPECIAL. Show very minor wear.
