WWII GHQ Australian Made Officers Shirt. Khaki gaberinde, long sleeve shirt. On the right sleeve is a quilted, bullion GHQ patch. On the lft is a fully embroidered 1st Army patch. In the collar is a silk woven  TAILORS FRED RYDER PTY  BRISBANE. Then has a Lt's name typed into it. Looks like it is about a medium size. Has been worn but still in nice shape.
