Late 1930's Air Corps Headquarters Kids Wool Overcoat. Heavy od wool, just like an issue overcoat. On the left shoulder is a Pinwheel AC HQ patch. Pinned to the chest is a pair of "Jack and Jill All American" pilot wings. The buttons on the front have bi-planes on them. In the collar is written the kids name. Probably would fit an eight to ten year old. Great shape and a cool piece.
