This 1940 dated tunic is a size 36 Long and features a bullion 9th Airforce shoulder sleeve insignia on the right shoulder sleeve along with sergeant stripes and a radio operator qualification patch on the lower right sleeve cuff. A ruptured duck patch over the right chest pocket. Over the left sleeve pocket is a pair of sterling aircrew wings no makers mark, the ribbons include a Good Conduct, EAME / ETO ribbon with 4 campaign stars, American Area and a WWII Victory. On the left sleeve are an Airborne Troop Carrier shoulder sleeve insignia, sergreants stripes, 3 overseas service bars (1.5 years) and 2 service hashmarks (6 years). The shirt, woolen enlisted shirt features a pair of English made wings embroidered onto a blue patch over the left chest pocket and a felt airborne troop carrier patch. Some light moth damage.
