Pre-WWII American Red Cross In Czechoslovakia Plaster Wall Plaque. About six and a half by eight and a half inches. Finished front with US flag wounded child and red cross. The back is rough plater with a small hook for hanging.  Slightly dinghy from storage but otherwise nice condition.
