Pre-WWII US Navy USS Hopkins (DD-249) Pre-WWII Navy Flat Hat. 1920's-30's style flat hat with the slightly larger crown. Has a woven USS HOPKINS ship tally sewn to it. Inside the crown is a SUBWAY TAILORS tag. Has about four bug bites, but otherwise, excellent condition.
