WWII era USMC Lower pack that has been painted with a red cross. This indicates that is may have been used by a Corpsman. The Khaki cotton/canvas material is in good shape with some staining from field usage. The pack is named and is stamped USMC BOYT 44. A truly unique piece of USMC/USN field gear.
