WWI era M-1910 first aid pouch that has been field dyed green. The pouch is in solid condition with some staining and wear from usage. On the front you can see the ghost of where an field gear ID disk was located. Disks like these were issued during the interwar years, indicating that the pouch was dyed during WWII. Pouches like these were issued early in the war, especially the Pacific Theater. The first aid tin is an early WWII variant that is worn from age, but still sealed.
