WWII Or Before Japanese Naval Torpedo Firing Badge Mess Hall Creamer. Silver plated. Attached to the front is a 2nd class torpedo profeciency badge that has been on this cup forever. There is a jewelers hallmakr on the bottom. Shows minor use. This is a really cool piece that I don't think the photos do justice to.
