WWII Japanese 17th Artillery 150MM Artillery Cover. Rough cottom like bag. About ten inches at the open and thirty-six inches long. Has small tie strings at the bottom. Stamped on it is a set of crossed artillery pieces with characters that roughly translate to 150MM and 17TH ARTILLERY REGIMENT #1. Looks unused. I am guessing it is some kind of barrel cover but not sure.
