1905 Japanese Navy World Cruise Visit To England Hat. Soft brown wool. Similar to an English school girls hat. Brown body. Has a silk woven brown tally with an anchor and crown, and crossed Japanese National & Rising Sun flags. Around the anchor is KINGDOM NIPPON. The lining is satin and the sweatband is missing. Has been worn, but I know I have never seen another like this.
