Russo-Japanese War Mikasa Naval Flat Type Hat. Dark green crushed velvet body. Has the letters MIKASA applied in white wool. Inside is a makers tag and another tag with some characters written on it. Small size. Was probably made for a girlfriend of one of the sailors on this famous ship. Has some minor bites to a couple of the wool letters. Still a incredibly rare hat to find.
