WWII Japanese Army Late War Enlisted Field Cap. Woven type body that had a painted / fuzzy finish to it at one time. The finish has worn away in a lot of spots from wear. On the front is a enlisted gold wool star that is sewn to a rayon like backing. The cap star shows a lot of wear. Missing on side grommet. Tie string back. The sweatband is almost a paper or thin cardboard quality. Has been worn well.
