WWII Japanese Army Captain's Dress Visor Hat. Shaped like a kepi / coffee can cap. Black wool body with gold bullion woven details. Has the Army metal badge on the front. Inside is silk lined. Embroidered into the liner is the name  J. TORMOFONO (?). The only drawback to this great hat is the thin sweatband has come loose and is in three pieces. All the pieces are there and could easily be restored by someone that knows what they are doing. Otherwise great shape.
