WWII Japanese Manchukuo/Manchuria Goodwill Between Japan and China signed flag. Measures 49 x 49 inches. Made of raw silk. Flag has been translated to say it is a donation from the Homefront to the Igarashi Unit Soldiers. It also mentions the Japanese Association in Shanxi Province. The flag is intended as a sign of goodwill between China and Japan after the invasion and occupation. Dates from the mid 1930’s. The flag has been folded for a long time, but is in very good condition, storage wear (see photos). Of the 40 years we have been in business, we have never seen a flag like this before. A killer find.
