WWII Identified Japanese Navy signed flag. Measures 26 x 37 inches. Made of raw silk with leather corners and tie strings. Flag has been roughly translated to say it is named to Mr. Tomio Taketani, a Navy mechanic. With prayers and poems of good fortune. Also, mentions moving on the US mainland.  Has been folded for a long time, but is in very good condition with just some minor holes.
