WWII Japanese Medical Rucksack. The Khaki cotton/canvas body is in good condition with no holes or rips and with some staining. All of the leather is intact, but a bit dry. All of the stitching is solid. The wool padding on the shoulder straps is mothy and pretty worn out. The design of this rucksack is very similar to the rucksacks used by the German Airborne troops in Europe.
