WWII Japanese Army ldentified Canteen. Standard issue army canteen and canvas carrier. Painted on the front of the canteen is KATO. Has been well used and the leather retaining strap is partially missing, and the stopper looks like a replacement. Shows great field use. This one is great for the collector who likes the " Been there done that" look.
