WWII USO Victory Belles Numbered Service Award Badge. About three and a half inches tall. Has a red, white and blue silk ribbon. At one time there was something embossed on it, but hard to read now. At the bottom is a stamped, pressed cardboard(?) Libery Bell. On the reverse is numbered 2893. No pin.  CE
