Super Rare Experimental Paramarine Related Musette Bag

Super Rare WWII era Experimental USMC Musette Bag that was used by the Paramarines. The bag is in very good condition with no damage at all to the khaki cotton/canvas with just very minor staining. The metal hardware is very clean. Overall the bag appears to only to have been lightly used. There are no makers marks on the bag. These bag were believed to have been created for the Paramarines and were issued to them in very limited quantities shortly before they were disbanded. The bags were seen used by the former Paramarines in the Marianas Islands in 1944. A truly unique piece of field gear that would be the centerpiece of any Marine Corps collection.  DCR
