South Vietnamese Army NPFF / Nationalists Field Police Four Pocket Camo Shirt. Standard brown camo pattern that some call CLOUD but I have always said it is an exact copy of the Mitchell pattern VN helmet covers brown side. Four pockets on front, all with double exposed buttons. . This is the Japanese made version and the woven tag is worn away but shirt measures out to a 40 inch chest. Has been worn very lightly.
