General's Direct Embroidered Vietnamese Made Ball Cap

Vietnam General's Direct Embroidered Vietnamese Made Ball Cap. Standard in-country made od ball cap. Six panel body with a grommet in each panel. Direct embroidered to the front is a master airborne wing with three battle stars and below are two Generals stars, all Vietnamese hand embroidered. Inside is stamped a size 59. Sewn to the sweatband is a Luong Phan tailors label. Has been worn but still in excellent condition. Tried doing a little research but gave up. Would love to find out which Major General, who did three combat jumps, this hat belonged too.
