Captured North Vietnamese Unit Flag

Captured North Vietnamese Unit Flag. Red cotton body with small gold fringe detail on the edges. On the left edge are three sewn white loops for hanging. The flag is about thirty two by forty four inches. On the front was a printed on paper NVA / VC youth group emblem ( ?) which has seperated from the flag from years of folded storage. On the back is hand embroidered in single stitch thread THAHN-NIEN XUNG-PHONG XA KY-PHU. There are some scattered small holes in it. Was brought back by a 1st aviation vet and kept in his duffle bag until we bought it. Totally night and day difference when you handle a original captured unit flag and the ones you see all over the shows and Ebay lately that are coming out of Vietnam today as souvenirs.
