WWI African American 371st Infantry Service Medal. The medal is gold colored and is about an inch and a half in diameter. At the top is a shining star with a prowling panther below. On the sides  are the dates and battels the unit was involved in. On the back in rleief are soldiers going into battle. Attached is a red, white and blue ribbon for wearing. Medal has been used.
