WWII US Marine Corps 13th Defense Battalion Patch. Multi-piece construction, sewn to a khaki twill background. Has a lot of similarities to Australian machine embroidered patches, but unit was stationed in the Carribbean so maybe an odd Cuban made patch. Unused.
