106th Division Named WWII Purple Heart

WWII 106th Division Named Purple Heart. Standard issue late WWII medal. Has privately engraved named on the reverse. This came out of a local estate sale by one of my jewelry dealer friends, and of course they grabbed nothing else but it. From the little research I was able to do, the name shows up on a 106th Division roster, so possibly a POW(?). Shows storage wear.
